Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
1c milk (or dairy free alternative)
1c pumpkin purée*
1 frozen banana
1/4c rolled oats
1tsp flaxseed meal
1-1/2tsp pumpkin pie spice
*I like Farmer’s Market brand organic purée
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend. Enjoy!
